Dear Parents/Guardians:

We made it through CSAP.   The students did a wonderful job being present and prepared.  We are excited to host their follow-up activities and proud of their efforts during testing.  We also thank you for your support and commitment.                                                   

 

Spring Break is over.   The students and teachers are well rested and energized to complete the school year.  

Parents remember you may always check on your student’s progress by going to www.Smileymiddleschool.com click on the parents’ link which shows you how to register for the Parent Portal.  The Parent Portal allows you to exam your student’s attendance, homework assignments, etc.   

Eighth grade parents:  please ensure that your students meet all requirements in order to participate in the end of the year activities.  The most important of these activities is the Continuation Program, which marks your child’s successful transition to high school.  The Continuation Program is May 29^th at 8:00am.  Also, the eighth grade teachers are currently working on setting up the Eighth Grade trip to the mountains.  Further information on this great end of the year activity will be forthcoming.  If you have any questions in reference to this process, please contact Mr. Bandy or Mr. Sulley.
