Parents,
Please make sure that your
child's immunizations are current and that an updated vaccination record
has been provided to the school nurse. There are new vaccines required
for school attendance, namely the Tdap which is mandatory for ALL 6th
graders for the 2007-2008 school year. In addition, the Varicella
vaccine (chicken pox) is a requirement for ALL 6th and 7th graders in
the 2007-2008 scool year.
Please call the school nurse with questions,
or if you're unsure if your child is up to date. Your child can and will
be removed from school, so please help us in this effort.
